    Vinyasa Flow

    Movements are synchronized to breath, anchoring as you move from one pose to another. It is a fluid transition and movement through series of poses. It is known as one of the most popular Yoga styles because of its fast pace and 

    fitness based approach. Vinyasa is designed for those searching for good balance between physical effort and introspect.

    Hatha Yoga

    This class involves a set of postures and breathing techniques, practiced slowly with static posture and gentle approach. Hatha improves your alignment and posture stability while building strength and flexibility. Hatha class provides an opportunity to stretch, unwind and release tension providing a good counterpart to busy lifestyle and cardio workout.

    Yin Yoga

    It consist of floor postures that are held for longer periods of time, ranging from 45 seconds to 2 minutes. The postures target the underlying connective tissues of the hips, pelvic and spine. If you feel tired and craving energy or your mind and energy level are unbalanced, Yin Yoga is a great way to balance all the on-the-go aspect of life .

    Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

    This method integrates breath, movement, focus, body locks and postures. It is suitable for students looking for a dynamic and rigorous Yoga practice as it can be physically demanding. It helps in weight  management, increasing flexibility, 

    challenges core strength and builds stamina and endurance bringing focus, will power and clarity of mind.

    Silent Yoga

    Flow of yoga in silence, a mediation in motion. The class moves in sync as a collective flow following the teacher. Feel the powerful synergy of breath and motion. Silent Yoga helps to harness our power of concentration on the postures and eternal now.

    Detox Yoga

    This class will help you to stimulate digestion and remove the toxins from the body. As the abdominal organs are twisted, kidney and liver are stimulated, and when the twist is released, nutrient rich blood flows to organs. 

    Power Yoga

    It’s a vigorous, fitness based high intensity approach. With Ashtanga Yoga we use our body weight to build internal heat, increase stamina and body balance and reduce stress.

    Pre Natal Yoga

    Pregnancy is a beautiful journey however at times it can become stressful. Sometimes it seems like there are so many things to worry about. Pre natal Yoga can help you strengthens the bond with the baby in your belly but also clear your mind and slow thoughts. As mother's body is in the constant state of change, a well trained and experienced pre natal teacher will help you to modify your practice to safely support your changing body through each semester feel more prepared for the big day. 

    Post Natal Yoga

    This classes are specially designed and modified for the post natal period that can help you gently realign your hips, spine and shoulders, and encourage you to bring baby along. 

    Yoga Nidra

    With this powerful technique you will learn to relax consciously. In Yoga Nidra, sleep is not regarded as relaxation. People feel that they are relaxing when they collapse in an easy chair, reading newspaper, or switch on the television, but this will never suffice as a scientific definition of relaxation. They are only sensory diversions.

    True relaxation is an experience far beyond all that. For absolute relaxation you must remain aware.
