It consist of floor postures that are held for longer periods of time, ranging from 45 seconds to 2 minutes. The postures target the underlying connective tissues of the hips, pelvic and spine. Post Natal Yoga
This classes are specially designed and modified for the post natal period that can help you gently realign your hips, spine and shoulders, and encourage you to bring baby along.

People feel that they are relaxing when they collapse in an easy chair, reading newspaper, or switch on the television, but this will never suffice as a scientific definition of relaxation.
